New slab poured and tied into the existing foundation. For pier and beam homes, we extend the pier system to match. Foundation type and depth depend on soil conditions in your area.
Wall framing, roof framing matched to your existing roofline pitch, and all exterior finish work. Siding, windows, and trim are sourced to match your current home. We partner with Gerkin Windows & Doors for window and door packages.
HVAC extension or dedicated mini-split system for the new space. Plumbing rough-in and finish for any added bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry. Full electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
Drywall, paint, flooring, trim, cabinetry (if applicable), and fixture installation. The transition between old and new spaces is finished, so the two feel like one continuous home. We work with Schluter, Kohler, Delta, Floor & Decor, and Carpet Mill for materials and fixtures.
