Types of Additions We Build

Room Additions

Single-room expansions including bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, and bonus rooms. These are ground-level additions built on a new foundation slab that ties into your existing structure. We match the roofline, siding, and exterior finish so the addition blends with the original home.

Second-Story Additions

Adding a full or partial second floor to a single-story home. Second-story additions require structural engineering to ensure the existing foundation and framing can support the added load. This is the most complex type of addition we build, and the 3D design phase is critical for getting the structural plan right before construction starts.

In-Law Suites and Accessory Dwelling Units

Self-contained living spaces with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance. These additions function as independent units attached to or adjacent to your primary home. They work for aging parents, adult children, rental income, or guest accommodations.

Sunrooms and Enclosed Porches

Convert an open porch into a three-season or four-season room, or build a new sunroom from scratch. Four-season sunrooms include full HVAC, insulation, and weatherproofing so the space is usable year-round. Three-season rooms use insulated glass and ceiling fans without a full HVAC extension.
