Construction and Remodeling Services in Tulsa

Tulsa Home Remodeling

Kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, flooring, and whole-home renovations for Tulsa homes. Many of Tulsa’s most desirable neighborhoods, Midtown, Brookside, Maple Ridge, and Cherry Street, are filled with homes built in the 1920s through 1960s that have strong bones but need modern kitchens, updated bathrooms, and open floor plans. We gut and rebuild interiors while preserving the character that makes these neighborhoods desirable.

Tulsa Custom Homes and New Builds

Custom homes, spec homes, and barndominiums on lots across the Tulsa metro and surrounding areas. South Tulsa, east Tulsa, and the growing communities just outside city limits offer buildable lots for new residential construction. Every new build starts with a 3D rendering and professional blueprints, so you see your home before we break ground.

Tulsa Roofing, Siding, and Exterior Work

Asphalt and metal roof replacement, siding installation, window and door replacement, decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces. Tulsa’s storm exposure makes roofing and siding some of the most common projects we handle in the city. We partner with Wheeler Metals for metal roofing and Gerkin Windows & Doors for window packages.

Tulsa Storm Damage Repair and Insurance Restoration

Hail, wind, and tornado damage repair for roofs, siding, windows, and interiors. Full insurance coordination from damage documentation through final rebuild. Tulsa sits in one of the most storm-active corridors in the country, and restoration is a significant part of our work in the city.

What Tulsa Homeowners Should Know

Tulsa Home Values Are Rising Steadily

Tulsa County home prices were up 7.7% year-over-year in early 2026, with a median sale price of $280,000. The median home price within the city of Tulsa sits at approximately $245,000, which is 43% below the national average. That affordability makes Tulsa one of the best-value housing markets in the country and means remodeling dollars go further here than in most metro areas.

Many Tulsa Homes Were Built Before 1970

Tulsa’s most popular neighborhoods, Midtown, Brookside, Maple Ridge, Florence Park, and Kendall-Whittier, are filled with homes from the 1920s through 1960s. These homes often need electrical upgrades, plumbing replacement, kitchen and bathroom modernization, and foundation assessment. Remodeling these homes preserves their neighborhood value while bringing them up to current living standards.

Tulsa's Storm Season Is Predictable and Relentless

Tulsa County sees severe hail, straight-line winds, and tornado activity every spring and summer. Oklahoma led the nation with 151 tornadoes and 767 hailstorms in 2024. Homeowners in Tulsa should plan for roofing and siding maintenance, carry adequate insurance, and have a relationship with a local contractor who can respond when damage occurs.

Oklahoma Doesn't Require a GC License

Oklahoma does not require general contractors to hold a state license. That means anyone can call themselves a contractor. Shea Construction carries $1M+ in general liability insurance, uses only licensed and insured subcontractors, and provides a 1-year warranty on every project. When hiring a contractor in Tulsa, verify insurance, ask for references, and get a written scope before work begins.

Tulsa Neighborhoods We Serve

Midtown, Cherry Street, and Utica Square

Tulsa’s most established urban neighborhoods, centered around the Philbrook Museum, Utica Square, and the Cherry Street retail district. Homes here range from 1920s Tudor and Craftsman styles to mid-century ranches. Remodeling work in this area focuses on kitchen modernization, bathroom updates, open-concept conversions, and exterior restoration that respects the architectural character.

Brookside and Maple Ridge

Popular with families and professionals, Brookside and Maple Ridge offer walkable streets, established trees, and homes from the 1920s through 1960s. Common projects include home additions, master suite expansions, kitchen remodels, and foundation assessment on older pier and beam homes.

South Tulsa

Newer suburban development south of 71st Street and extending toward Bixby and Jenks. South Tulsa has a mix of homes from the 1980s through recent builds. Projects here include custom new construction on available lots, outdoor living additions, roofing replacement, and whole-home renovations on homes built 20 to 40 years ago.

East Tulsa and Catoosa Area

One of Tulsa’s most affordable and fastest-growing corridors, stretching east toward Catoosa along I-44 and Route 66. This area sees strong demand for new construction, metal buildings, remodeling of older homes, and storm damage restoration. Its proximity to our Salina headquarters makes response times among the fastest in our service area.

North Tulsa and Owasso Corridor

The corridor from North Tulsa through Collinsville and into Owasso includes both established neighborhoods with renovation potential and newer subdivisions. Projects in this area include custom homes, home additions, roofing, and general repairs for aging homes in established neighborhoods.
