step 3: On-Site Consultation
We visit your property, take measurements, assess the existing conditions, and talk through your vision in person. For new builds, we evaluate the lot and discuss site preparation. This consultation is free.
step 4: 3D Design and Blueprint Creation
We go deeper into your project scope, budget range, and any specific requirements. This helps us prepare for the on-site visit so we don’t waste your time when we get there.
step 5: Quote Approval
Once you’re happy with the design, we provide a detailed, transparent quote based on the approved plans. No hidden fees. No vague line items. You know exactly what you’re paying for before we start. Need help with payment? We offer SweetPay financing to make your project work.
step 6: We Build It
We schedule your start date and get to work. Throughout the build, you receive regular progress updates and clear communication on timelines. Our team of skilled craftsmen follows the approved blueprints to the letter, using only licensed and insured subcontractors. When it’s done, it looks exactly like what you approved on screen.

3D Design Questions
How much does the 3D design cost?
Design consultation and 3D rendering are included as part of our project process. There’s no separate charge for the visualization when you move forward with Shea Construction.
What software do you use?
We use Plan 7 Architect Pro for 3D renderings and professional blueprint creation. It allows us to produce detailed, accurate models that translate directly into build plans.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes. That’s the whole point. We revise the design until you’re completely satisfied. It’s much easier and cheaper to move a wall on screen than on a job site.
How long does the design phase take?
Most residential projects take 1 to 2 weeks for initial 3D renderings and blueprints. Larger custom homes or commercial projects may take longer depending on complexity.
Do other contractors in Northeast Oklahoma offer 3D design?
